We have worked incredibly hard this week as Year 6 has worked hard completing  Maths and English  assessments. What a wonderful opportunity to show off the progress we have made!

The focus for this week in both English and Learning Means the World was to create a newspaper article about the Pendle Witch Trials, showing knowledge of the history of 1612 whilst using relative pronouns. 

Our Praise Child this week is based on PE and celebrating team work, communication and determination. We had some fantastic gymnastics lessons where we used apparatus and created a variety of sequences.
