We discussed what we could see and what we thought different parts of the pictures represented. Bella noticed that there were lots of people in their picture, some making the wrong choices! Bronte liked how there were words and pictures combined.

In Maths, we have started learning formal written method for multiplication, looking at multiplying two and three-digit numbers by a 1-digit number. Aryan thought multiplying two digits was much easier than multiplying three-digit numbers!

We have continued with our Paddington theme in English. This week our focus has been on mail and subordinating  clauses and conjunctions. We have also been learning how to write and include direct speech in our story telling. Zac found reading about Paddington's trip to Hampton Court lots of fun and it was interesting too.

In P.E, along with dancing a Haka, which Eddie found hard but fun, we have been learning to play handball. Brooke said she enjoyed playing Handball once she got the hang of it.
