Well, who would believe it - here we are in our final half-term of Year 6 and of our journey through Holy Trinity.
This week we have thrown ourselves into production mode - we've sung our heart out and the singing and acting have been superb with many staff across school stopping in their tracks as they've heard us! As well as this, we have been busy in English creating a descriptive and imaginative story using the short film, 'Paraphernalia', as our inspiration.
In maths, we have looked at pie charts -we have learnt about what these are used for, what they show and linked our learning in fractions and percentages to them.
In Learning Means the World, we have continued to look at energy and have moved onto looking at renewable and non-renewable energy sources and the advantages and disadvantages of both. We have also sent out our newest homework pyramid so please ask children to show you their tasks for this term.
