Complaints

Any person, including a member of the public, is able to make a complaint about the provision of facilities or services that the school provides. Complaints may also be made by a third party on behalf of a complainant, contingent on appropriate consent having been obtained to do so. All complaints made will be handled via the procedures outlined in the Trust's policy below.

If you have tried unsuccessfully to resolve your complaint and wish to take the matter further, please complete the form below and email it to our headteacher, Sue Sanderson (headteacher@htceschools.co.uk). If your complaint is against the headteacher, you will need to complete the form below and send it to the Chair of the Local Academy Council at cofg@htceschools.co.uk.
