Wellbeing Support

Coming back to school in March 2021.

We are very pleased the children are all coming back and we recognise that for many this is exciting and that there are likely to be questions and perhaps some support needed.

Our superb partners at Just B have provided some resources to help parents at home to work with children ready for coming back to school - please click on the picture for the resource:

It is very important that we consider the wellbeing of children, adults and families as we adapt to this different way of working and living.

There is a selection of information and places to access help below and we will add to this as high quality resources become available. There is so much on the internet we will keep the amount we publish to a trusted and limited amount.

Our good friends at Just B are yet again being brilliant:

 Staying Healthy

Eating well is a really important way of keeping our mind and body healthy. This is even more important when our access to the outdoors and normal way of life is interrupted. Over the past few months, we have been developing a new cooking curriculum to teach children of all ages the importance of being able to cook.

At this time, we know that some of you may be concerned about being able to afford healthy meals for your children or are struggling for time due to working from home. To provide ideas and inspiration, we have put together a selection of recipes from our cooking curriculum for you to try over the coming weeks.

All the recipes are designed to be tasty, nutritional, low cost and made with easily accessible ingredients. They are also easy to follow and don't take too long to make.
