We embraced a sea theme in our final week and read Billy’s Bucket. We had fun imagining what was in our buckets. We found Oli the octopus in our class bucket! It was his 5th birthday, so we threw him a birthday party with a cake and 5 candles. We then went on to count sea creatures, represent them with marks and write the numerals. We made playdough sea creatures with googly eyes, which were very funny!

The classroom has slowly begun to get very bare as we prepare to move to the Junior site. All that remains to be said is …… Have a very lovely summer holiday, and we look forward to seeing you all in September!
