Nursery

 Session times are as follows: 

Morning session – 8:30am to 11:30am

Doors open at 8:30am and close at 8:40am. Parents and carers are welcome in nursery every afternoon until 8:40am. 

Lunch Session – 11:45am to 12:15pm

Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch from home or parents can order a school cooked lunch. See charging policy for prices. 

Afternoon session – 12:15pm to 3:15pm

Doors open at 12:15pm and close at 12:25pm. Parents and carers are welcome in nursery every afternoon until 12:25pm. 

EYFS & Key Stage 1 

Timings of the school day:In September the main gates will be open at 8.30am and the classroom door will open at 8.40am. Pupils must be supervised by parents until the classroom doors open. Registration starts at 8.50am with classroom doors closing at 8.55am. In the morning the children will make their way to their classroom through their external classroom door. At the end of the school day they must be collected from the playground at 3.20pm.

Reception, Y1 & Y2
8:50am -12pm	Lunch times  Reception lunchtime starts at 12.00pm. Year 1 lunchtime starts at 12.15pm. Year 2 lunchtime starts at 12.00pm.
1.00pm - 3.20pm	The afternoon session for Reception pupils starts at 12.45pm. The afternoon session for Year 1 pupils starts at 1.15pm. The afternoon session for Year 2 pupils starts at 1.00pm.   Gates open at 3.15pm. School ends at 3.20pm

 

Infant pupils are in school for 32 hours and 30 minutes each week. This includes times for Collective Worship and breaks. These times are in line with recommendations from the DfE.

Children should enter and leave the school only by the main gate on Church Lane.

For safety reasons, they should not enter or leave through the car park gates.

Key Stage 2

8.55am -12pm	Lunch times  Year 3 & 4 lunchtime starts at 12.00pm. Year 5 & 6  lunchtime starts at 12.15pm.
1.00pm - 3.30pm	The afternoon session for Year 3 & 4 pupils starts at 1.00pm. The afternoon session for Year 5 & 6 pupils starts at 1.15pm.   Gates open at 3.15pm. School ends at 3.30pm

The school bell rings at 8.55am so that children can be in class ready to begin the morning session promptly at 9.00am.

Junior pupils are in school for 32 hours and 55 minutes each week. This includes times for Collective Worship and breaks. These times are in line with recommendations from the DfE.

Children should only enter and leave the school by the gates at each end of the front playground. Year 5 and 6 pupils may walk home unsupervised with parental signed consent. Permission to Walk Home Yr 5 & 6
