    Welcome to this week's Esk News.

    This week we have been continuing our work in English using Paddington Bear to help us with grammar and story sequencing. Lilly really enjoyed making notes to help her look at the story sequence. Fenn liked how funny the episode of Paddington decorating was, even though it was very old.

    In Maths, we have been practising our times tables and Oliver J says he has really enjoyed doing the doubles. We have also continued our place value work and Mason says he has found partitioning numbers fun and has enjoyed learning new things.

    In Learning Means the World, as part of our learning about printing, we have been writing our names using printing blocks we have made using string and cardboard. Hannah enjoyed making letters and seeing the results made her feel like she achieved something.
