There was lots of excitement as we found out who our new teacher will be in Year 4. We are going to be Aire class! Ava S said "I feel excited and a little bit nervous!" Scarlett-Anne said, "I'm excited to go into Aire class and work with Mrs Knight because she's very kind."

We came to the end of our English unit, 'Arthur and the Golden Rope'. Zac said "It was very fun because we got to write our story that we'd planned out and I wrote eight paragraphs! " Sienna said she enjoyed it because "We got to write our own quest story and we could let our imaginations go into our English books."

Evie has enjoyed Maths. She said "We have been learning about the minutes, seconds and hours." We were using what we know about units of time to compare durations.

Finally, there was great excitement in Nidd this week...

A particularly challenging puzzle has been sitting in Nidd class for the last two years and, until now, no one has been able to solve it. On Thursday, our 'super solvers' Ethan, Darcie and Scarlet managed to put all the pieces into the puzzle. There was a huge round of applause!!
