Year 4 has enjoyed a truly spectacular final week filled with festive cheer. We were privileged to attend the Key Stage 1 Nativity; their beautiful performance of the Christmas story was the perfect way to welcome the holiday season.

In our academic work, the children have shown incredible resilience in Mathematics as we consolidated our multiplication skills and pushed for new personal bests in our times tables. Meanwhile, in English, the students produced some exceptional biographies of Emmeline Pankhurst. By skilfully incorporating fronted adverbials and time conjunctions, they created pieces that were both sophisticated and engaging.

The week culminated in a high-energy Christmas party! From "tinsel limbo" to a year-group sing-along, it was a wonderful way to celebrate everyone's hard work.

We wish all our families a restful, happy break and look forward to welcoming the pupils back in the New Year.
