Harper says 'This week we have been busy learning about shapes in Maths'. We have learnt how to accurately count sides and vertices on a 2D shape. Lucas P was excited to share 'we went on a shape hunt around the classroom. I found a rubber that was a cuboid which is a 3D shape'. 

John says 'We are so excited to take part in Elf Day. I am looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up and taking part in lots of fun activities!'. 

Wakeman are super happy to share that we took part in a 'Design a Nativity Picture' competition at Ripon Cathedral. We had 3 of our pictures place 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the competition! Well done to Chloe, Charlotte and Tim! The pictures are on display in the Cathedral until 6th January. Please feel free to go and visit and look at the beautiful display of pictures there.
