Y2 Anti-Bullying Week Collective Worship

This week Miss Redden and Mrs Steward, our Y2 teachers, led a collective worship around the theme of bullying. They gave us lots to think about, including what is and isn't bullying, what to do if you think you or someone else is being bullied, and how being great friends can help us to promote the message of no tolerance to bullies.
We had a game of 'true and false' and used our 5 fingers on one hand to think about 5 people who can help us in school if we are worried.
To finish off, Miss Redden read us a story called The Cloud which is a story promoting friendship and kindness.
trust in God. We heard a bible story called 'The Storm On The Lake' and we talked about how we can put our trust and faith in God when times are tricky. Some of the children from Nidd class helped Mrs Calland-Brooke with her worship and did a great job of reminding us what trust is and what it is to be trustworthy!
