Request for Paper Copies of School Information

All of our school policies and a wide range of other statutory information are published and available to view or download free of charge on our school website.

We encourage all parents and carers to access these documents digitally as part of our commitment to being environmentally friendly and efficient. 

However, we understand that not everyone has easy access to the internet, or may prefer a physical copy. In accordance with government guidance, we will provide a paper copy of any information published on our website free of charge to parents and carers upon request. 

How to Request a Paper Copy

To request a paper copy of a specific policy or document, please contact the school office using one of the following methods:

  • By Email: Send your request to admin@htceschools.co.uk. Please specify the exact name of the policy or information you require.
  • By Telephone: Call the school office on 01765 602 858.
  • In Person: Visit the school office during opening hours to make your request in person.

Please ensure you provide your full name, contact details, and clearly state which document(s) you need. We will process your request as quickly as possible and aim to provide the paper copies within a reasonable timeframe.

Making a Subject Access Request (SAR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, individuals have the right to access the personal data that the school holds about them. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). 

You can make a SAR for your own personal data, or a person with parental responsibility can make a request for a child's data (subject to competency and safeguarding checks).
